Good morning everyone. I hope you had a fun day of learning. You and your families did an awesome job! I was thinking you may be missing your daily exercises so I have posted the link to Jack Hartman's song, "Count to 100 everyday". You can find the video on my teacher page, its the picture showing "pump elbows back". Hi everyone and welcome back. I hope that you all had a fun and relaxing break and are excited to be back in Kindergarten.

Homework- please read your book each night and review your sight word sheets. Once you recognize all words, practice printing your words.

Phys.Ed- our classes are every Tuesday-Friday. Wear comfy clothes to run and exercise.

Library- return your book on Tuesday so you will beable to sign out a new one when we go to the library.

Credit Union- the Credit Union will be at school on Tuesday March 10th for those students who wish to do their banking.

Buddy Skating-Tuesday, March 10th, 8:45-9:25am, we will go skating with our Grade 8 buddies. Everyone is welcome to come out and skate with their child. Just a reminder that everyone must wear skates on the ice, no boots allowed.This will be our final skating event for the year.

No School- On Friday, March 13th, there will be no school for Kindergarten students only. "On My Way to K", is scheduled for our next year students on this day.

Spell-a-thon- All money was due on February 28th. If you have not already done soon,please return your money to school as soon as possible. A huge thank you to all who have supported our fundraiser.

Hi Kinders. I hope that you had a wonderful weekend. This is our last week before our March Break which is March 2-6.

Homework- Read your book each tonight. Point to each word, use the picture to help figure out unknown words.Look at the beginning letter of the word and stretch out all letter sounds you know in the word. Sight word sheets will be going home again this week. Study your words and when you can say them quickly send back the sheet.  

Phys.Ed. We have classes every Tuesday to Friday. Wear comfortable clothing to run and exercise.

Library- Bring your book back on Tuesday so you can borrow a new book.

Pink Shirt Day- Please wear pink on Wednesday, Feb.26th as together we stand up against bullying.

Spell-a-thon- Corrected spelling test and pledge sheets are being sent home om Monday. Everyone did a fantastic job. I am ery proud of all of you! Please collect your pledge money now, if you haven't already done so.All pledge money is due on Friday Feb. 28th.Those who return pledge money by Friday will enjoy an ice cream treat. A huge thank you to everyone for your support!

Homework- Study your spelling words as we will write our test,Thursday,Feb.20th. Remember you must print your words so take your time printing your letters correctly.Continue to read your books each night. Point to each word,if you get stuck on a word,look at the first letter in the word, say that letter sound,then sound out the rest of the word,use the picture for clues,make a guess.Then ask for help if you still can't figure it out.

Spell-a-thon-Continue to collect donations for our spell-a-thon, which is our only major fundraiser for the school year.All pledge sheets are due Wednesday,Feb.19th and our spelling test will be on Thursday,Feb.20th. Good luck,everyone and thank you for your support!!!!
