The following is an outline for the day during online (home) learning. It is a way to organize your day and goes along well with the home learning packets. I love the idea of getting outside and exploring/observing seasonal changes. 

Each Monday morning, the children write about their favourite experience from the weekend. I'd like them to do that today. We think about our writing. Draw a detailed picture and then add some color. Then we add labels to our drawing (the sounds we hear when we say the word slowly). Some children are able to write a sentence. Each child is at their own stage in the writing process and can only do what they can do. Most are at the labelling stage right now.

If you are able to print this page, use it for writing today. If not, use a blank page you have around the house or one of the writing pages in your Home Learning packet.
