We had a fun Friday together. We made patterns on our headbands then turned them into turkeys! My goodness they were cute. In the afternoon we went on our Terry Fox walk. Afterwards we enjoyed popsicles and playtime outside. I'd like to wish you all a very Happy Thanksgiving weekend.

Please read through this memo as it outlines how to use the "My A B C Book". Letter formation is a very important skill that we want to work on with our students. It takes many repetitions to commit the proper formation to memory so please make every effort to do this each evening. This activity will also help those who do not know all letter names yet. Once your child knows all letter names you can work on sounds. Please reach out if you have any questions.

We will be having our Terry Fox Walk on October 8 at 1:00. We will be learning about Terry Fox and his dream to raise money for cancer research. He is a real life hero!

Wear your orange shirt on September 30 to show your understanding and respect for those who attended residential schools. We will be walking to Fletcher's Farm if we are blessed with sunshine on the 30th. If it is rainy, we will have to go at a later date.
