Olympic Torch Relay   Wow! What an exciting day we have tomorrow! All students from K-8 will be going to JMH to see the Olympic Torch Relay. The students are looking forward to this big event and we have been checking in to see where the torch is on it's journey across Canada. Just a reminder that students will need to bring their lunch tomorrow, as the cafeteria is not open. Show your Canadian colours and wear red and white tomorrow. Remember to dress for the weather. GO CANADA GO!   Skating We have skating on Monday November 30th. Our ice time is from 9:00 - 9:40. Students need to bring their skates and helmets. Parents are welcomed to join us for this activity.       Have a super weekend!

Howdy Y'all! We have been having a very exciting week!  We were so excited to have Ms. Sands visiting us from Dallas,Texas. We learned some new things and she brought us notes, books, pencils and Texas taffy from our pen pals.   We also did our Play With Your Food Art Show. What a fabulous job the students did with their projects. The show was enjoyed by students, staffs and parents. This is one of the projects that our friends in Dallas told us about, so it was great to have Ms. Sands here for the show. Mrs. Stymiest took some great photos and we will have them up soon.   Book Fair Our school Book Fair is being held in the library this week. If you have not had a chance to stop by yet it is going on until Thursday November 19th.     Just a reminder that there is no school on Friday November 20th.         Enjoy the rest of your week!
