• Happy Fall!! Please make sure you are dressed for the weather.

Phys. Ed

• Our Phys. Ed days this week are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Library

• Our library day is on Wednesday.
• Make sure you bring your book back so you can sign out another one.

Homework/Reading

• The homework for the week is listed in the orange homework books.
• Work on your words. Remember to use the sounds you know to help.
• Once you know all the words, have someone at home sign the sheet. Remember to do both sides.
• Choose a book from the reading bag to read each night. Remember to sign the log sheet each time you read. Make sure you use your strategies to help with your reading.

Water Bottles

• Just a reminder to bring in a water bottle that you can refill and use throughout the day. 

Cafeteria

• Our cafeteria is still not open, so students will have to bring their lunch each day.
• We will let you know when it will be opening.

Terry Fox Walk

• Our School Terry Fox Walk will take place on Tuesday September 24^th.
• Please bring in a donation if you can.

Orange Shirt Day

• Our school will be observing Orange Shirt Day on Friday September 27^th .
• Students and staff are asked to wear orange in honour of Residential School Children.

Field Trip

• We will be going on a Field Trip to Fletcher’s Farm on Friday September 27^th.
• The time is 8:45 – 11:15AM.
• We will be walking to and from the Farm.
• A green permission slip went home in the folders.
• Please sign and return it by Wednesday September 25^th.

No School

• There is no school on Monday September 30^th in observance of National Day Of Truth and Reconciliation.
