Grade 7 Reminders

Hello Grade 7. Here is your homework for the weekend:

Homeroom Business: School Fundraiser. Study your spelling list and start gathering a list of sponsors and pledges. The form is due on Feb 14th.

L. Arts- All written assignments are due Monday. Check back on my teacher page and Mrs. Murphy's to see what is due.

Science- You have a test on Monday ( voclanos, earth quakes etc.)

Social Studies- You have a test on the BNA British North America on Monday as well.

Looks like you have a busy weekend of study ahead. Good thing it is cold and miserable. Perfect weather to stay in and get your work done!!  Have a great weekend everyone! We will see you on Monday.

Grade 7 Reminders

Hello Grade 7. Here is your homework for tonight:

Homeroom Business- During the fundraising period, I am not going to promote yearbooks eventhough you may still ask for an order form. Now your job is to study your spelling lists and do your best to collect pledges for the major school fundraising blitz.

Math- Apparently there is no math homework tonight??

Science- Test coming up on Monday ( Earth Quakes, Volcanos, etc.)

Social Studies- Test coming up on Monday on the BNA British North America

Grade 7 Reminders

Hello Grade 7. Here is your homework for tonight:

Homeroom Business:  As always yearbook order forms available $20.00.  Our major school fundraiser assembly was held in the gym today. Your spelling lists and information forms will go home tomorrow.

Madame MacDonald hopes to see many students tonight at 7:00pm at the Newcastle train station to meet and cheer on Becca Schofield, a young maritime teen who is battling cancer. She is en route to Montreal for cancer treatments and will make a stop in Miramichi. It would be great if some of Gr 7 showed up at the train station.

Math:  work sheet  questions 6-10.

Social Studies: continue to study for the test on the BNA British North America

L. Arts- same homework as last night. Finish your draft copy and include 3 interruptors in the introduction??? Check last night's entry or Mrs. Mruphy's page.

School Spirit--Remember to wear your school t-shirt or hoodie tomorrow. If you do not have one try to find something to wear that has gold or burgundy on it.

Math- questions 1-5 on the math sheet.

L. Arts- Draft copy of your narrative story. Include an intro plus 3 interruptors?

Social Studies- BNA British North America- Did we already have this test??

SKATING TOMORROW MORNING: WE HAVE SKATES AND HELMETS IF YOU ARE IN NEED.

Math:  Finish the sheet on Fractions, Decimals and Percent

Soc. Studies- Finish the project "Life in the 1800's" and you have to finish your title page if you have not already done so.

L. Arts- Read for 20 minutes and write a rough draft of your story.

Science- Please return your test signed by a parent\guardian

Social Studies- Test signed by parent\guardian.  You also need to finish your title page for tomorrow and Your assignmenton  "JOBS" is due TOMORROW!
