Grille de 100

This is a great tool to use when counting to 100 and skip counting using the paint colours!

Hi Parents!

The french website "Je lis" is experiencing issues with their audio portion for the books, however students can still read them. Until the audio part is back up and running, students can also use "ensemble chez nous" website: https://www.ednet.ns.ca/ensemblecheznous/
This is a great website with narrative and informative books that students can read along with the audio or listen first and then read the book themselves.

Happy reading! Bonne lecture!

Mini Yoga!

Great youtube links for yoga en francais! This will help with not only physical wellbeing, but will help introduce students to new vocabulary for movement and body parts.

Have fun!

Have a good Monday, everyone! Happy Monday!

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Attached are the documents for Week 5 of home learning! I hope you are all getting adjusted to home learning and getting into a routine. Primary students will be able to pick up their belongings on Tuesday from 9-12, however any students with an older sibling will find their bag with their older brother/sister's bag. I also included a Mother's Day and Father's day printable craft and card that students can colour and work on along with a Math booklet in their yellow folders.

I have also included a few new websites that are great for reading, writing and word/sound work in french! If you have any questions about them or are having trouble, don't hesitate to ask!

I also included a weblink for mini yoga that students can do to keep up with their physical wellness! Don't forget to check out their music and Phys.ed teacher's pages as well!

Have a great week!

Grade 1H Parents, please see the document attached on the pick up times for student belongings. Primary pick ups will be on Tuesday, May 5th between 9-12. If your child has an older sibling, I will put their bag with the older sibling and you can pick it up together. Reminder that only one parent is allowed in the building, and no students are permitted.

Thank you. Mme Hitchman
