Well Grade 5, there are 4 more days of school left and they are going to be busy! :)
Here are some some upcoming activities that we will be participating in this week:
Monday: Choir & "Oink" Play video taping in the morning
Science Playground Design Presentations
Tuesday: TRACK & FIELD Day! @ JMH Track. This will take place all day, so please bring water, sunscreen, bug spray, bag lunch, etc as it is going to be a warm day!
Wednesday: Gym (Bring gym clothes) We will be going on a Nature Walk.
Classroom Award presentation
Thursday: LAST day of school. School Award Ceremony

It has been an absolute pleasure having you all in my class this term and I know you will all have a terrific Grade 6 year!

Our grade 5 class had a great time on their field trip to Blackville to release our Baby Salmon that we were raising in the school!
After releasing our fish, the students enjoyed the park for a short time and then we headed to the Fish Hatchery in South Esk where they were given a wonderful tour,...

The grade 5 class had a FANTASTIC field trip to the Blackville Park to release our baby salmon and to the Fish Hatchery in South Esk. It was a beautiful day and the fish were eager to go into the river and explore their new world!
Thank you to Ms. Cooper and all the parents who came out to spend the beautiful day with us!

Reminder to grade 5 students:
Our Field trip is tomorrow and we will be going to release our baby salmon first at the Blackville park. Then we will be arriving at the Fish Hatchery for a Tour and then a lunch.
Remember to bring a bag lunch, sunscreen, fly spray, water and rubber boots.
It is going to be a great day! Have a good night sleep!
