Nora had fun creating and measuring with her snake. Her driveway was 20 snakes long. Nora has been enjoying nature walks with her family and dog Emma. On their last outing they found a beaver dam but, no beaver. Great job, Nora....

Hi everyone, I hope that you had a fun weekend together. Mrs. Poole and I have planned another week of fun activities for you to explore at home. Do what you can, when you can. K-2 pick up of student materials is this Tuesday, May 5th from 9-12:00am. On Monday May 4th, grades 6-8 pick up is from 9-12:00 and grades 3-5 is from 1-3. If your child has an older sibling in any of these grades, you will be able to pick up all of your childrens material at the scheduled time for the oldest student.
Sunday, May 10th is Mothers Day. I would like to wish all Mothers and Grandmothers a very happy Mother's Day. Thank you for all you do everyday for us! We love you!!! Enjoy your very special day together!!!

Here is a video of the snake measuring activity. I made a snake as long as me and used that snake to measure my driveway. It took 25 snakes to measure the length of my driveway. Wow, that is a ot of snakes. I can't wait to see the snakes that you design. Have fun with this activity!!!

Emma has been having fun on Dreambox math and with writing letters and words. She helped me fix my mixed up sight word list.Great job,Emma! She loves to play outside with her little sister and has been playing...
