Since Library day for our class is on Thursday we will have to try and remember to pack our library book on Wednesday night when we are packing up our homework. Then we all will be able to get a new book for the week.

We enjoyed our talk with Fred Fox. We learned a lot about Terry from him and heard many wonderful stories as well. We can't wait to do the Terry Fox walk on Sept 28th.

Our Meet the Teacher night will be coming up soon. Everyone is encouraged to come out to help us celebrate our wonderful school and start this school year off on the right learning path. There will be food, a classroom visit and other fun activities. Hope to see you all there at 5:00pm!

Terry Fox's brother Fred Fox will be coming to our school to help us learn first hand about Terry's Marathon of Hope. We will be reading and learning all about Terry and his fight against Cancer. What a great chance to hear about Terry Fox's life and learn that anyone big or small can make a BIG difference in this world to help others.

All Grandparents are welcome to attend our little ceremony on Friday in our school gym at 9:00AM. If grandparents can not make it then any person can come and watch the students put on a great performance. After the show don't forget to stop by and visit us in the classroom. We can't wait to see everyone on this exciting and fun day!!
