Times are as follows: K-2 from 6:00-7:00, 3-5 from 7:00-8:00, and middle school from 8:00-9:00. Looking forward to seeing our students come out for a good time with friends. Admission $5. Also looking forward to our second annual costume parade tomorrow in the gym, beginning at 1:00.
The Elementary Soccer season ended with the district Jamboree on Friday, October 12. Team 1 came away with one tie and one win. Team 2, although defeated in all three games, had a great experience and played hard. All kids learned a lot and had fun. Thank you to all our volunteers and parents who chose to make this a positive experience for the students involved. Go Raiders!!!
Nelson Rural School will have their annual Terry Fox Walk on Thursday, September 27 beginning at 1:00. Primary Team students will complete the shorter walk around the track/ballfiled area. Students in grades 3-5 will walk the longer route through Douglasfield Road area. Staff and students may volunteer to make a monetary donation which will go directly to the Terry Fox Foundation.
A perfect way to end another fantastic school year! Students in each one of Mrs. O'Neill Delano's music classes performed a verse in That's A Rap!, a music video we produced this year to promote our wonderful school.
