Happy Friday, 3H! :) We will be back together on Monday morning! Yippee!! :) It's much warmer this morning, so your homework today will be to get outside for at least 30 minutes. An hour (60 minutes) would be even better! :)

Today I'll be reading the book "Mmm, Cookies!" by Robert Munsch. Here is the recipe for the play clay in the book. Make sure an adult does the heating! :)
PLAY CLAY
Heat to boiling:
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup salt
Add:
2 tsp. food colouring
2 Tbsp. cream of tarter
2 Tbsp. salad oil
2 cups flour
Knead well. Have fun! Store in plastic wrap.

Brrr! Another cold one!! And I noticed that we are supposed to get a big storm on the weekend. I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens. :) January will soon be over - only 5 days left!
