Notes to remember
School Fees 3-5 is $20 there is a $40 cap for families so if you are sending money for more than 1 child please add a note listing the other children in the family and whose class they are in for record keeping purposes
Information Forms - If you have not filled these out please do so and send back as soon as possible.
School Pictures K-5 will be taken Friday.
We have a student in our room with peanut allergies.
Bring in 1/2 cup salt and kool aid or jello. We will be making play doe at some point in the near future.

Read - AR is up and running and students may start taking tests tomorrow. They will soon be getting their point goals for the term.

Welcome back to a new year.
Homework will often be posted on this page but it is the student's responsibility to get homework down at the end of each class. Your child will be having several different teachers for the English portion of the grade 5 program as they will be working on preparing for middle school.
Students will be expected to read 30-45 min per day that means reading is part of their homework every day.

I hope everyone has a wonderful March Break!
I know some people were upset as I was that Fast Forword was being cut but I am happy to let you know that it has been extended to the end of May. Your child can continue to access it from home at myscilearn.com as they have been doing and get on with their username and password as before. As you know this is optional at home but as you have also seen the results are very positve.
