February info pages went home today/are posted on the Nelson Rural School Facebook page. Check this out for important dates and information!! *Pink shirt day is Feb 28th NOT Feb 26th (that will be the theme on Wednesday for spirit week). Monday's theme will be jersey or sports day.

School Fundraising packets went home today - be sure to study your math facts and start collecting pledges!

18 days until Christmas!

Thursday Dec 7th - Parent teacher 4:00-6:00 THEN Middle School Dance 6:30-8:30 !!!

Friday Dec 8th - Parent teacher 8:30-11:30

We are collecting for the food bank! If you can, bring in a couple of non-parishable items to donate to the food bank. (:

Christmas Market is DEC 11 and 12 - Students should bring some cash to school to buy some gifts for friends and familes.

Turkey Dinner is Dec 13th - If you didn't order the turkey dinner you must bring a lunch!

No school for students on Friday, November 3rd.

L.A. 6D, 6/7M, 7H: If you have not passed in your Snapshot Moment and/or Podcast Summary Ep 1-10, make sure it is passed in on Monday. I will also be collecting Reading Logs on Monday.

Remembrance Day Ceremony next Friday - bring in a donation for a poppy to wear.

Remember, 6D, that gym class is on Tuesdays & Thursdays - be sure to bring a change of clothes!

Thursday = Inside out / Backwards day

*Pumpkin pictures are due! There are prizes for best carved and decorated pumpkin.

Friday = Costume day! Come ready for the costume parade.
