This week is HOUR of CODE week! Hour of Code is a worldwide effort run by Code.org to celebrate and increase participation in computer science, starting with 1-hour coding activities during Computer Science Education Week (December 9-15, 2019).
My Code Club will be taking part in this initiative, however even if students are not in Code club they can still participate by following this link and choosing a tutorial they would like to try!

This year, I will hold a 6 week Code Club starting this fall and another in the Spring. There will be a sign up sheet outside my classroom as well. Code Club will be held after school for grade k-4 and grades 5-8 on separate days.
I will post an update closer to the starting date.
