Hi Everyone,  I hope you had a fun weekend! We are back to a full week of school. The temperatures are getting a little cooler, so make sure you are dressed for the weather.        Phys. Ed  Our Phys. Ed days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.        School Credit Union Day  Credit Union Day is on Tuesday October 21st.      Library  Our library day is on Wednesday. Make sure you bring your book back.     Collaborative Project With Texas  We had our first weekly report on Friday and got to meet our new friends in Texas! Cecilia, Austin M. and Luke did a super job as our reporters and poetry reader. Each student got to say hello to their buddy as well. We will meet with them weekly to share our weather report, class report and poems.    Math  We are working on Numbers to 100. This week we will work more with ordinal numbers and counting with money. You can practice counting in different ways at home using real coins.      Food Bank  Our school will be collecting items for the Food Bank the rest of this month and next month. Please send in something if you can.    Homework/Borrow-A-Book  Please make sure you are reading your book each night and recording it on the log sheet. The homework for the week is listed in the orange folder. Our spelling words this week focus on the short /i/ and short /o/ vowels sounds.    Have a fabulous week!
