Hi Everyone!

• We are into our last month of school!
• June will be a busy month with lots of events going on!

Phys. Ed

• Our Phys. Ed days this week are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Homework/Reading

• Work on your words. Remember to use the sounds you know to help.
• Once you know all the words, have someone at home sign the sheet.
• Choose a book from the reading bag to read each night. Remember to sign the log sheet each time you read. Make sure you use your strategies to help with your reading.
• This week we have our spelling words. The focus is on /wh/ question words and contractions. We are sending them home to work on and we will be doing activities with them at school as well.

Field Trip

• We will be going to Maurie’s Minin Putt on Thursday June 6^th with Ms. Moar’s class.
• A Memo was sent home with a permission slip to sign.
• The cost for students is $3.00, and the Student Council will pay the remaining cost.
• Please bring a water bottle, hat, and apply sunscreen before you leave for school.
• Students are asked to bring their lunch as well, as it will be after our cafeteria time when we return.

Cafeteria

• If your child is ordering, please write a note and put it in a bag or container.
• Lunch orders need to be into the cafeteria by 9:00AM.

Water Bottles

• Just a reminder to bring in a water bottle that you can refill and use throughout the day.
