Hi Everyone!

  • I  hope you had a fun weekend !
  • We have more snow to play in now!
  • Please make sure you are dressed for the weather.

Phys. Ed

  • Our Phys. Ed days this week are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Library

  • All library books are due back.
  • We will not be taking any books out this week and will start again in January.

Homework/Reading

  • The homework for the week is reading.
  • Choose one book from the reading bag to read each night. Use your strategies to help with the reading and record your book on the log sheet.

Food Bank Challenge

  • Just a reminder that our school is taking part in a challenge for the Miramichi Food Bank.
  • Please bring in the food item that was on your sheet this week if you have not brought it in yet.
  • Thank you for your support with this project.

Spirit Week

  • Our second Spirit Week of the year is this week.
  • The Raider Hat is up for grabs for the class with the most participation each day.
  • Monday – Red & Green Day
  • Tuesday  - Christmas Shirt/Sweater Day
  • Wednesday – Christmas Concert Day – 9:00Am
  • Thursday – Christmas Hat/Socks Day
  • Friday – School Clothing or PJ Day

Christmas Concert

  • The School Christmas Concert will be on Wednesday December 21st at 9:00AM.

Skating

  • Our first skating day will be on Thursday December 22nd.
  • Students will need skates and a helmet.
  • If your child does not have skates or a helmet, we do have some extras at the school that they can use. Please let me know this week, so we can get them a pair to fit.
  • Parents/Guardians are welcome to come, please note that you must have skates on to go on the ice.

 

Last Day Of Classes

  • Our last day of classes before the Christmas Break is Friday December 23rd.
  • Please note that it is for half a day.
  • Dismissal will be at 11:30AM.

 

Water Bottles

  • Just a reminder to bring in a water bottle that you can refill and use throughout the day.
