Posted: December 10, 2012

Hi Everyone,  I hope you enjoyed your weekend. There are only two more weeks until Christmas! Just a reminder to make sure you are coming dressed for the weather as the days are getting colder. Please bring your hats and mittens or gloves.      Phys. Ed  Our Phys. Ed days are on Monday and Wednesday.        Library  Library day is on Wednesday. Remember to bring your book.    Christmas Dinner  Our school Christmas Dinner will be held on Wednesday December 12. The cost of the dinner is $5.00. If you do not wish to have the turkey dinner, please bring your lunch on Wednesday, as this is the only meal the cafeteria will be serving.  Christmas Shoppe  The Christmas Shoppe will be opened for students to do some Christmas shopping for their parents. This will take place on Friday December 14th. Items will cost between $1.00 - $3.00. Please bring your money on Friday if you would like to do some shopping.      Class Project With Texas  We mailed out our Christmas cards on Friday. We hope they like the Canadian cards that we sent. This month we are also working on our shared writing about our family Christmas Traditions. We were unable to do our weekly report this week, as we had trouble connecting. Hopefully we will reconnect for next week.    Math  We are continuing with our unit on numbers to 100. We are working on equal and unequal sets and comparing and ordering numbers. Keep working on counting in different ways at home.    Borrow-A-Book  Just a reminder to make sure that you read your book each night and record it on the log sheet.        Have a great week!
