Hi Everyone!

I hope you had a great weekend!

Phys. Ed - Our Phys. Ed days this week are Tuesday and Thursday.

Library - Our library day is on Tuesday. Make sure you bring your book back so you can sign out another one.

Homework/Borrow-A-Book - The homework for the week is listed in the grey folders. Our spelling words this week focus on base words and word endings /ing/ and /s/. The word work activity is on choosing the right word to make the sentence sound right, using the right word ending. In math we continue to work on equal and unequal using the symbols. We are doing more work with reading comprehension strategies. Students will have a story to read and then answer multiple choice questions. Remember to use all parts of the story; go back and read again and underline the answers in the story. It is important that students read each night and record their book on the log sheet.

Reports - The second term reports go home on Tuesday April 10th.

Parent Teach Interviews - Parent Teacher days are on Thursday 4:00 - 6:30PM and Friday 9:00 - 11:30AM.

No School - There is no school for students on Friday April 13th.

Math Games - We will start sending home Math Games this week. The games will go home on Tuesday and are to be returned on Thursday. These are games you can play with your family and also work on some outcomes we have doing in class. The games will go home for the next 4-5 weeks. Have fun!

Class Project With Texas - We met with our friends on Thursday. Keegan, Isabella and Calleigh did a great job as the weather and class reporters and poetry reader. Our friends are very surprised that we are still getting snow storms. They are having some very warm days. We mailed out our letters so they should get tehm this week.

Have a super week!
