Hi Everyone!

I hope you had a great weekend!

Phys. Ed - Our Phys.Ed days this week are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Library - Library day is on Wednesday. Please make sure you bring your book back, so you can get out another one.

Homework/Borrow-A-Book - The homework for the week is listed in the orange folders. Our spelling words this week are focusing on /ing/ endings. Sometimes we have to drop the /e/ and add /ing/ and sometimes the last letter is doubled. In Math we are startting a new unit on adding and subtracting 2 digit numbers. This week we are working on equal and unequal and adding 10s. Please keep working on your facts and strategies at home. When you are doing the reading comprehension story, make sure you read the story carefully and use the strategies we have been working on. Make sure you read each night and record your book on the log sheet.

Class Project With Texas - We have big news! Our tulips have emerged! We went out to check our garden on Thursday and they were coming up out of the snow. Katelyn, Eria, Isabel and Novalee did a super job as the weather and class reporters and poetry reader when we met with our friends on Thursday. They are having some very warm weather days down there and were surprised to hear that we had snow!

Beauty and the Beast - The K-5 classes will be travelling to JMH High School on Wednesday April 26th in the morning to see the play Beauty and the Beast. Please bring $2.00 to help with the cost if you can.

No School - Friday April 28th is a Professional Learning Day , so there is no school for students.

Have a fabulous week!
