Hi Everyone!

Welcome back! I hope you had a fun Easter holiday with your family.

Phys. Ed - Our Phys. Ed days this week are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Library - Our library day is on Wednesday.

Homework/Borrow-A-Book - The homework for the week is listed in the orange folders. Our spelling words are the same list as last week, as we did not have many days to work on them. We are working on/ing/ word endings and reviewing words beginning with/th/. In math we are finishing up our unit on measurement. When you are working on the reading comprehension story, make sure you read carefully and use the strategies we have been working on. Read the story more than once; highlight or underline the answers in the story; go back and reread if you can't remember; look for clues; use all the information, title, author, picture and read everything. Please make sure that you read each night and record your book on the log sheet.

Class Project With Texas - We talked with our friends on Thursday. Tyler, Evan and Whittney did a great job with the class and weather reports and poetry reading. They got our letters in time for Easter. Now we are working on our book to send them. The book they made us is called, If You Give A Wolf A Waffle. We are still waiting for our tulips to emerge.

Math Games - Don't forget to play your math game with your family and return it on Thursday.

Have an awesome week!
