Hi Everyone,  It is October already! Today was a chilly day. Please make sure that you are dressing for the weather.      Phys.Ed  Our Phys.Ed days are on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.        Library  We will go to the library on Wednesday. Make sure you bring your book back.        Fast ForWord  We finished one week of the program and the students are doing a great job. They are trying to beat their scores each day. Keep up the good work Grade 2.      International Project  We are going to start our project with our friends in Texas. This month we will exchange class letters of introduction, send our first letters to our pen pals, start our live weekly weather reports, have our first video conference and share our Canadian Thanksgiving celebrations. The students are looking forward to starting work on the project.    Homework  The homework for the week is listed in the red homework folder. Just a reminder to record the book they read each night on the log sheet. Please return the homework book, orange folder and agenda each day.        Happy Thanksgiving  Monday October 10th is Thanksgiving Day.  Just a reminder that there is no school.
