Hi Everyone,   We have started a new season and what a beautiful weekend we had.  Happy fall!         Phys.Ed   Just a reminder that our Phys.Ed days are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. It has been warm in the school, so you might want to make sure that you have a t-shirt on.      Terry Fox Walk   Our school Terry Fox Walk will be held on Wednesday at 1:15pm. This is a school wide walk and students are also asked to bring in a donation. This date is weather permitting, we will keep you posted if there are any changes.    Library  Wednesday is our library day. Remember to bring your book back so you can take another one out.        Homework  The students will be atking their homework folders home each night. There is a sheet that lists the homework for each night. Please return the folders each day, along with the orange folders, agendas and Borrow-A-Books. This week we will begin our spelling program. The students will have their list of words in their homework folders.      Fast ForWord  We will begin the Fast ForWord program this week. This is a computer based literacy program that all grade 2 students in District 16 complete. This is a 10 - 12 week program. We will be going to the computer lab every day to work on it and it is very important that the students are here each day.    Have a great week!
