Warm Up:
Riddle:

the sum of my digits is 10.
My ones digit is greater than my tens digit.
I am not 37.
What number am I?
Riddle:
I am a 2-digit number.
My tens digit is 2 more than my ones digit.
I am between 60 and 80.
I am not 64.
What number am I?

Make the following numbers 3 different ways: 567, 209, 845. Use pictures (flats, rods, units), words, addition/subtraction sentences, expanded form....
Example: 369
1. 300+69=369
2. three hundred sixty-nine

LITERACY
Read- 15 minutes- log it.
Writing- write an acrostic poem about AUTUMN. I will do a sample FALL acrostic poem to show you how it's done.
The poem will be about Fall. You can't repeat yourself. After each letter, write a few words about Fall. The first word doesn't have to be about Fall. In my sample I'll be starting with the letter F. The F word doesn't have to be frozen or frosty, it can be a starter word like for, four, find, friend....
