Good morning, grade 3! Hope you had a great weekend! We will do MY MONDAY on our 9:00 o’clock Teams meeting. Get ready to share!!  If the weather is cooperating, try to get outside for some fresh air – you’ll feel a lot better when you come back inside, and you’ll sleep better tonight.  The following work is for two days (Monday and Tuesday).

I am a three-digit number.

My tens digit is five more than my ones digit.

My hundreds digit is eight less than my tens digit.

What number am I?

Complete the following:

  1. Complete B019 and B020
  2. Play a game from your packet and/or a board/card game
  3. Tech – Boom Cards and/or DreamBox
  4. Practice counting money – ask a family member for a small pile of coins – separate the nickels, dimes, quarters, loonies and toonies. Count each pile. Now find the value of all the coins. Hint: when counting money, you always begin with the coins worth the most, start with toonies, then loonies, then quarters, then dimes and finally, nickels.

  1. Read 20 minutes each day
  2. Complete letter mix-up I LOVE SNOW from packet – make sure to cut out the letters and move them around. It really helps!!
