Hi,everyone!! I hope you had a great weekend. It's hard to believe it is November already and what a very busy month it is. Please refer to the November newsletter, for important information and upcoming dates.

Spirit Week Winners- Yahooooo!!!!! Our class won the spirit week challenge. We had great participation for all the dress up events and had a good score on the scavenger hunt. We will get to keep the "Raiders Hard Hat" in our classroom until the next challenge. What an amazing job, Kindergarten. So proud of your awesome teamwork and amazing school spirit!!!

Dress for the Weather-Now that we have had frost in the mornings, it is a good idea to wear a hat, gloves\mittens and a warner coat.

Borrow-A-Book- Read your books several times throughout the week. Point to each word as you read, look for sight words. Return your books this week on Thursday. Please continue to review Zoo-phonics actions, letters and sounds. We have been focusing on letters a-g, and will introduce letter h this week. Students should be able to recognize these letters\sounds as well as the letters in their names. Some students will be bringing home sight word list to learn. Please go over these words with your child and when they can name each word without hesitation, sign the sheet and return to class. I will check their knowledge and send home the next list.

Gym Classes-Every Tuesday to Friday we have gym classes. Please wear comfortable clothes.

Library- We go to the library every Tuesday afternoon. Please return your book so that you may sign out another one.
