Hello and Happy Easter Monday! I hope that everyone had a wonderful Easter weekend and enjoyed some special treats.Just a reminder that we are a peanut\nut free school, so please check the snacks you send in your childs lunch can. Thanks! 

Earth Day- We will be celebrting Earth Day on Tuesday, April 22nd so please wear green and blue. We will be discussing the importance of Earth Day this week and how we can help save the earth.Share with your child ways your family helps the earth and paractice the 4 R's- reduce, reuse, recycle and repair.

Water Bottles- Every student recieved a new yellow school water bottle as a thank you for  beating our 10,000 dollar goal for our school fundraiser. I put your childs name on the bottom of the water bottle. You might want to print thier name again after you wash it. Please only hand wash the bottles. Do not put the bottles in the dish water. Please send a water bottle daily to school with your child . Thanks. 

Homework- Read your Earth Day book. Sign your name on the reading log each time you read. Complete the Spring counting math sheet. Count each object and print the number in the box at the  bottom of the page by the picture.Please use a pencil. Complete the Roll and Read sheet,letter u orbeginning letter sound sheet. Parents, please sign the form when your child reads the words, circle any words they did not know. Return your homework book to school on Friday.  

Phys. Ed. Classes- Our phys.ed. classes are on Tuesday and Wednesday this week. Please dress in comfy clothes and sneakers to run, exercise and play.Our extra phys.ed class on Wednesday afternoon is an outdoor class, so please dress for the weather. 

Cafeteria- Please place your daily lunch orders online. Please send me a note in the agenda if your child is purchasing lunch or any item from the cafeteria. Please send a note with your childs name,indicating exactly what they are ordering, in a baggie with the money. Thanks for your support!

Library- Please return your book on Friday as we will visit the library to sign out a new book.

I can't wait to see my little Kinders and hear about their Easter weekend.It's a short week but I know it will be a fun time as we work, play and share together.
