Hello there! Did you have a fun weekend with your family and friends? 

Homework this week:1.Read your borrow-a-books- There are 3 books,this week.Two of our books are for St. Patrick's Day which the children coloured.Read one or more books each night. Point to each word as you read. Look at the beginning letter of each unknown word, sound out letters to help identify the word. Use the pictures to help solve the word.Print your name on the reading log and return your books on Friday. 

2.Rockstar Sight Words- Our Kinders are doing an awesome job with their sight words. Keep up the great  work! For good practice please review all sight word list throughout the week.When you can say each word quickly return the sheet to class and I will test you on it to see if you are ready for the next list.

3.Complete page in your homework book. 

Library- We go to the library on Tuesday. Please return your book to school so you will be able to sign out a new book this week. Thanks!.

Phys. Ed. Classes- We have gym classes on Wednesday,Thursday and Friday. Wear comfy clothes to run and exercise in. We will be going outside for class, if the weather is nice.Please pack an extra pair of gloves\mittens and socks.Thanks!!

Happy St. Patrick's Day- Wednesday, March 17th, we will be celebrating St. Patrick's Day. Please wear green.Everyone is Irish on St.Pattys Day!

Are you Irish?What is your heritage?- We have been talking a lot about St. Patrick's Day and leprechauns this week.We are wondering who in our class is Irish. Can you please complete the sheet that will be sent home on Monday and return it to class on Wednesday, March 17th. Thanks!!

Remember to pack your water bottle and bring extra mask to class with you.

We are in for a fun week as we get ready for St. Patricks Day, build our leprechaun traps and play some fun games. I am so very lucky to teach 13 wonderful Kinders everyday!! Smile and be kind to each other!!!
