Welcome back everyone! I hope you had a wonderful Easter holiday with your family.

This week please read your borrow-a-book each night and review your Rock Star sight word list.

Tuesday- we signed out a new book today at the library. You can keep this book for the week and must return your book the following Tuesday.

**Math Games go home on Tuesday and are to be kept for two nights. I hope that you are having fun playing the games. The students have been picking their own games and are excited to play them. It is important to return all playing pieces in the smaller bags and please seal the bigger bag if you are able to. Often the children are returning the games with some pieces missing. I appreciate your help with this, as we would like everyone to have an opportunity to play all Math games.

Gym Class- this week we have gym on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Wear comfy clothes, a T-shirt and sweat pants to run and play in.

Our Earth Day celebration will be on Friday, April 26th. Please wear blue and green and bring a litterless lunch to school. In class, we will be discussing ways we can help the Earth and it would be great if you could do the same at home with your child. Every day is Earth day, so let's take care of our planet!

Outdoor Recess- the playground is still a little wet so it's best to keep wearing your winter\rubber boots. Students should still wear a heavier jacket and splash pants and pack a hat,mittens,socks in your book bags, just in case. It's still a bit chilly in the mornings but,hopefully the warmer weather will soon be here.
