Week 2 of Home Learning - Nov 8th to 12th

Good morning to all my wonderful students! Hope you are staying active, helping out around the house the best you can and looking after yourself. You are important and you need to stay healthy so get moving every day for 30 minutes or more. I promise you will feel like a new person. Try and get another person to do it with you too. Take care and be safe! Miss you and can't wait to see you all back in our gym - GO RAIDERS!
