Today for grade 7 Math, we focused on completing the circle assignment in math class. Tomorrow (Friday) will be a work period to complete the assignment; I will be online for any questions or help. On Monday, we will move onto new material. Have a great rest of day!

Today, please review they circle portion of the “cheat sheet” and the circle review of the take home packet. In class we managed to get a start on the Circle Assignment.

Tomorrow’s class will be period 3 (10:40am) and we will start class with a Kahoot so please be logged on and ready to go. Following the Kahoot there will be time to continue working on the assignment. Have a great rest of the day!

Welcome back grade 7 I’m so excited for 2022 and I hope you had a wonder break! Today’s class we spent reviewing everything we know about circles and building a ‘cheat sheet’ full of our formulas. It has been a while since we talked about circles, so it is important you review! If you are looking for review, I have put a few pages about circles you can read through in your learning packet (pg. 80, 82, and 90). For independent work I would like you to try to figure out how to find the area of a doughnut. Remember you don’t eat the middle hole of a doughnut.
Tomorrow’s class will be period 3 (10:50) where we will continue our review and go over the steps for finding the area of a doughnut.
