- Phys ed. classes will be every Wednesday and Friday morning, and students must have proper indoor sneakers for the gym and a change of clothes to wear in the gym.
- Our class will be going on a field trip to Fletcher's Farm this Friday, Sept. 20th. Each student is asked to bring in $3 to cover the cost if you have not already. Thanks! :)

- Student fees are $40 per student and $60 per family if your child has at least one sibling at the school too.
- School picture day will be this Thursday, Sept. 12th.
- This Thursday is also "Meet the Teacher" night at the school beginning at 5:00.

Hello parents/guardians of 6M FI!
I will post regularly on this page throughout the school year about any important imformation, upcoming school events, reminders, and any homework that students have.
So far it has been an awesome first 2 days of school, and here is what you need to know for now...
- Phys ed. classes will be every Wednesday and Friday morning, and students must have proper indoor sneakers for the gym and a change of clothes to wear in the gym.
- Student fees are $40 per student and $60 per family if your child has at least one sibling at the school too.
- School picture day will be on Sept. 12th.
- Several forms and memos have been sent home to be read over and signed. The ones that need to be returned to school are the pink sheet, the two orange sheets, and the long white student information sheet. Please return these to me as soon as possible.

- Students should be reading daily for 20 minutes.
- Field trip to Beaubear's Island on June 17th. Each student is asked to bring in $4 to cover the cost of the trip. More details about the day will be sent home in a memo in the coming days.
- School dance tomorrow evening from 7:00 - 8:30 for grades 6-8. Admission is $5 for the dance and there will be a canteen available for $1 per snack/drink.

- Science/STEM Fair projects are due by this coming Tuesday (Feb. 20th) at the latest.
- Bring in pledge sheets and money for the Numer-Action Fundraiser! :)
- Tomorrow is our Winter Wellness Activity Day! Students should come to school prepared to either be swimming, skiing, or curling. During the rest of the day they will have the option to go outside and skate on the outdoor rink as well.
