Congratulations to the 3 classes who won the Fruit and Veggie Challenge for the Heart Healthy School program we participated in. The winners were Mr. Poole's class in K-2 , Mrs. Murph's class in grades 6-8 and Mr. Donovan's class in grades 3-5. Each class received a frozen smoothie for their prize which were made by our students who run the HHS program at Nelson Rural.
This week we are working on our second challenge - Drink more water and less sugary drinks. Winners for this will be announced soon so stay tuned for that. Go Raiders!
