Grade two students recently completed a unit on the life cycle of the butterfly. The students were able to watch the development of real butterflies in the classroom, from caterpillar to butterfly stage. Miss Sullivan and Mrs. Dickson’s grade two classes kept journals and were able to learn about how butterflies have grown and changed over the years.  On June 12th, the two classes held a celebration releasing their butterflies back into their natural habitat.
