Homework sheets are due back on Friday, however they can be sent back earlier if completed.

• Read leveled book 2-3 times aloud - Students may also have a browsing book to look at at their leisure.

• 5 Sight words- Can they say them right away? Underline the words you don’t know and keep working on them. Return the sheet on Friday for a mini-quiz on the 5 words.

• I have also included a bag of magnetic letters that will be sent home to one student each night. They are to make the words with the letters to help recognize the word.

• Math: Any math sheets not completed in class will be sent home, or a sheet may be sent home to reinforce a concept taught in class.

* Homework sheets are in home folders each week.

** A student may have a guided reading activity sheet sent home to colour or complete.
