Speech topic to be chosen for March 14th     -a persuasive topic     -must be a topic for which the student has a sincere opinion     -topic must be one that impacts the student personally (discuss topic with teacher)     -the speech must contain at least two quotes/references to other reliable sources      on the topic (researched)    -dates for presentations will be set after the March Break    -ALL speeches will be heard before April 15th   8H-8M Social Studies 1.
