A BIG Congratulations goes out to the Gr. 4W-4T and 4-5W classes on being chosen as WINNERS of the CBC Music Contest- Elementary Vocal category!!! Our video submission of "Like a Flower to the Sun" was recognized by a panel of celebrity judges who viewed submissions from schools across the country. We felt so proud last week to have been selected as one of the Top 10 finalists. You can imagine how happy we were to learn early this morning that we had been chosen as winners of the Elementary Vocal category. A big shout out as well goes to our Middle School students who also participated in the competition. Unfortunately, they did not make the Top Ten short list for their category. We are however so proud of you for participating and giving it your all.
