Be prepared to discuss an important person in your life and why he/she is important to you. Some students have already presented but many of you needed a few days to think of someone. Well, that day is tomorrow. I am excited to hear your stories.

Please come prepared to share two important events in your life. Some ideas could be: The birth of a younger sibling- a special day spent with your grandparent- a family vacation- your first day of school- your first goal scored in a sporting game- getting the lead role in a drama production- singing a solo in a concert- being chosen as a student of the month- the day you moved to Miramichi or came to Nelson from a different school- a special birthday party- learning to drive a 4 wheeler-snowmobile- Learning to ride a bike- swimming lessons-your first dance recital- getting a new puppy or cat- etc. Anything you feel was important in your life. See you tomorrow.

Find a sample of a famous person ( athlete-musician- actor-influencer-author etc.) endorsing/representing a brand in the media. You can choose from a magazine-newspaper-picture of a billboard- or an on line sample to share in class. Think about the influence their presence has on you wanting to use the product. Think about the image being projected with the ad. Have fun with this. See you tomorrow.

I see Mme. Hitchman managed to get all of our skits and songs uploaded to each homeroom page. A big thank-you to Mme. for taking time on Christmas Day to get this done for me. I hope Santa paid her a visit!

Hi again. Mme. Hitchman is working as we speak on uploading videos to individual teacher pages. The files were too large to put entire concert on my page. Hope everone is enjoying the performances. The children certainly had great Christmas spirit!

Hello Everyone:
The K-2 and 3-5 concerts with additional performance by the class who recently finished their middle school music block (half of the 8B class) is now posted on the school facebook page. Thanks to Mme. Hitchman for editing all of the videos we filmed during music classes last week. Next job is to put the videos on the school website for those of you (including myself) who are not on facebook.

Hi everyone. Heading to school this morning to edit videos. We were recording classes right up until 3:00 pm on Friday. We should have everything on my teacher page by Wednesday.
