Hi Everyone, I hope you enjoyed your weekend. Even though it is spring, we still have lots of snow and colder temperatures. Make sure you are dressed for the weather.    Phys. Ed Our Phys. Ed days this week are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.     Library Our library day is on Wednesday. Remember to bring back your book so you can get another one.   Math We are working on a Measurement unit using non-standard units. Students can keep working on their  strategies and facts at home. The students are brining Math games home for the month of March. Have fun playing them with your family. Games go home on Tuesday and they are to be returned on Thursday.  Homework/Borrow-A-Book The homework for the week is listed in the blue folders. It is very important that the students are reading every night and recording their books on the log sheet. They should be using the strategies taught to help with their reading.  No School / Reports / Parent Teacher There is no school for students on Friday March 27th. Report Cards go home on Tuesday March 24th.Parent Teacher Days - Thursday March 26th - 4:00 - 6:00 PM                                                                - Friday March 27th - 9:00 - 11:30 AM   Class Project With Texas We were unable to connect with our friends on Friday and they were away for their Break the week before. We did go out and visit our tulip garden on the first day of spring. We measured at least 60 cm of snow on top of the garden, but there was more. The snow was frozen and we could stand on top of it. Definitely no tulips!!  Yearbook Orders March 31st is the final day to order a yearbook if you would like one for the 2014-2015 school year.    Have an awesome week!
