Hi Everyone!

Welcome back! I hope you had a fun weekend and got out to enjoy the nice weather.

Phys. Ed - Our Phys. Ed days this week are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Library - Our library day is on Tuesday. Make sure you bring your book back so you can sign out another one.

Homework/Borrow-A-Book - The homework for the week is listed in the red folders. Our spelling words this week focus on word endings, adding /ing/ and /s/. The word work activity is on this as well. In Math we are working on equal and unequal and using the signs. We are doing more work on reading comprehension and have started working on multiple choice questions. Read the story carefully, find the answer in the story, underline the answer and circle the letter for your answer. Go back and reread if you need to. Please make sure that you read your book each night and record it on the log sheet.

Spring Spirit Week - This week is Spring Spirit Week. Students and staff are asked to show their school spirit by participating in theme days. Monday - Inside - Out - Backwards Day; Tuesday - Twin Day; Wednesday - Floral Shirt/Hawaiian Shirt Day; School Clothing/Colours Day.

Easter Holiday - No School - Just a reminder that there is no school for students on Friday April 19th and Monday April 22nd for the Easter holiday.

Yearbook - The last day to order yearbooks is on Thursday April 18th. If students are entering the cover contest for the yearbook, their entries must be in on this date too.

Math Games - We have started our Math Games at home. The first week was last Tuesday. The games will go home each Tuesday and they are to be returned on Thursdays.

Happy Easter! Enjoy the holiday with your family!

Have a super week!
