Note to parents. Students started a historical fiction novel today. I expect that they will have it at least half read by Friday, some should finish by then. Reading time is dependent on the size and reading level of the book they chose. We have done considerable work around picking just right books so your child should have picked a book that is appropriate for their reading level and the two week deadline to read it that they were given. We will start the book report which will be written in essay form early next week and it will be due before the March break.
